A clean, secure solution for routing diesel heater ducting through a vehicle panel.
Designed to provide a safe, sealed passage of 60mm or 75mm heater ducting from inside the vehicle to the outside — or vice versa — whether to a roof tent, awning enclosure, or external living space.
Originally developed for a Defender build, this port offers a professional, watertight panel penetration without the bulky or improvised appearance of traditional fittings. The result is a subtle, factory-style finish that looks integrated rather than added on.
Designed and manufactured in-house from UV-stable, high-temperature ASA polymer. It is lightweight yet durable and suitable for long-term use on expedition and daily-driven vehicles.
•Panel-mount design for materials up to 10mm thick
•Silicone O-ring seals for water and dust resistance
•Custom snap-lock thread for secure positive engagement, and feel great
•90mm mounting hole required
•Available for standard 60/75mm diesel heater ducting
•Minimal, integrated aesthetic
Developed to solve a practical problem, cleanly routing warm air from an internally mounted diesel heater to an external space such as a roof tent.
While originally designed around my Defender build, the port is fully universal and suitable for:
•4x4 builds
•Campervans
•Canopies
•Expedition vehicles
•Custom overland setups
If you require airflow from an externally mounted heater into a canopy or camper box, see the Canopy Port version, which features a rotating internal vent.
•Material: UV-stable, high-temperature ASA polymer
•Manufacturing: Precision 3D printed
•Panel thickness: Up to 10mm
•Mounting hole: 90mm
•Duct compatibility: 60mm / 75mm
•Seal type: Silicone O-ring
